A New Offering from A Beard of Snails

April 28th, 2010 § 0

Thanks to Christian at ABOS for putting this little nugget out. Only 40 copies, so likely not to hang around very long, but check it out if you like.

A psych/folk flavoured cutie… Black Eagle Child gifts us a gorgeous acoustic (and beyond) side-long set… six tracks that intertwine. Woodpecker Wooliams’ “Mill and Moss” – music to keep bees to – was previously self-released on 3″. It’s a longer, harmonium based track, reminiscent of (parts of) the last track on her “Fledgling” CD-R. Guanaco ±’s track “Willows” is similar to – and as brilliant as – almost anything on his recent LP on Blackest Rainbow. Music recorded onto brand new black cassettes, limited to 40 copies.

Go here to get a copy now. I might have one or two spares to sell, but no promises.
